Reference prices per municipality shown on the Market come from the official Observatoire de l'Habitat data, published as open data on data.public.lu under the CC0 licence; the "asking prices on HomePlace", computed from our listings, are shown separately. Every figure is sourced and dated — never invented.

On HomePlace, each indicator shows its source and reference period; when a municipality has no published figures, we prefer not to display it rather than estimate. Your data is hosted in the European Union.
