About · HomePlace

Luxembourg's independent property platform

HomePlace isn't just another listings portal. It's an independent platform that supports your property project from A to Z in the Grand Duchy — with official, sourced and dated data, and a guided journey that brings the right people to the table at the right moment.
Our difference

The A-to-Z Guided Journey

The listings portal is just a front door: the backbone of HomePlace is the Journey. See the steps in detail →

Buy existing

From the purchase plan to the handover of keys, step by step.

Buy new (off-plan)

The journey specific to off-plan sales (VEFA).

Sell

From valuation to deed, without missing a thing.

Rent — tenant

Find, apply, move in with peace of mind.

Rent — landlord

List your property and manage the lease over time.

The right parties, at the right moment

At each step, the Journey automatically connects the people involved in your project — and each one only accesses the steps you entrust to them. When a key step moves forward, the relevant parties are notified; a specific document can be shared by name with the right person.

Our commitments

What HomePlace guarantees you

Independence

HomePlace is not a real estate agency. We don't sell properties and we don't take hidden commissions on listings: the platform stays neutral ground between all parties.

Data transparency

Reference prices per municipality shown on the Market come from the official Observatoire de l'Habitat data, published as open data on data.public.lu under the CC0 licence; the "asking prices on HomePlace", computed from our listings, are shown separately. Every figure is sourced and dated — never invented.

End-to-end support

The Guided Journey orchestrates your project from start to finish: each step shows what to do, which documents to prepare and which party is involved, with a handover when a key step moves forward.

Data & privacy

Official figures, data in Europe

Reference prices per municipality shown on the Market come from the official publications of the Observatoire de l'Habitat, available as open data on data.public.lu under the open CC0 licence. On HomePlace, each indicator shows its source and reference period; when a municipality has no published figures, we prefer not to display it rather than estimate. Your data is hosted in the European Union.
