Four simple ideas
Each step knows what to do
Each step tells you what to do, the documents expected and the party involved — from the initial budget to the handover of keys.
The handover is automatic
When a key step moves forward (offer, sale agreement…), the relevant parties are notified; when an ordinary step is completed, the next party is alerted. If a step stalls, an automatic reminder is sent.
Everyone only sees what you entrust
You invite each party to the steps they handle — they only access those. A specific document can be shared by name with the right person, and access can be revoked.
Deadlines are under watch
Set a deadline on a step: countdown, alert at the top of the journey and a reminder of the legal time limit to watch (loan condition, pre-emption, off-plan fund calls…).
